Flesh speaks louder than we can imagine if not under the control of the Holy Spirit. As children of God, our flesh war against our spirit frequently.
To persevere, be humble, loving, careful and imbibe other virtues mentioned yesterday and the day before, requires THE GRACE OF GOD.
Evangelist Paul subjected his body to the control of the Holy Spirit so that he would not miss it.
The fact that you know the right thing to do in your relationship does not make you a hero, possessing THE GRACE of Jesus to do the right thing always through the leadership of His Spirit, makes you perfect.
And He(God) said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness...2 Corinthians 12:9a
