"But they, supposing him to have been in the company, went a day's journey; and they sought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance."
The parents of Jesus assumed he was with them on a day journey. It took them many hours and stress to travel back to look for Him.
No matter how many years you've spent in the wrong/sinful relationship, forget about what people will say, the number of years, the emotional pains, turn back and search for the true love God has in plan for you.
Let go and Let God.
